Jakarta, September 9, 2024 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) now provides financing for second-hand Home Ownership Loan (KPR) with a fixed rate for ten-year tenor scheme. This special service was a topic of discussion in a financial talk show titled ‘Kata Ruby x BFI Finance: Make Your Dream House Come True with Safe KPR’ (9/9/2024), which was organized as a part of Rumah123 Harpropnas Fest (National Property Day Festival) 2024 on September 9-15, 2024 at Gandaria City, South Jakarta.
BFI Finance also offers special KPR financing with discounted administration and provision fees up to 50 percent, which is effective until September 30, 2024 for purchasing of second-hand property (house, shop house, or home office) through marketplace Rumah123.com.
BFI Finance has signed a cooperation agreement previously with Rumah123, a subsidiary of 99 Group. The signing was performed by Rudy Eddywidjaja, Deputy Business Director of BFI Finance, and Wasudewan, CEO of Rumah123, at BFI Finance Head Office in South Tangerang on July 3.
