Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very much ingrained in our culture and we try to give back to our people, communities, and society in a more meaningful way.
BFI Finance’s CSR programs are focused on these key areas:
- Environment
- Labor practices in Occupational Health and Safety policy
- Social and community development, which includes:
- Education
- Health
- Religious affairs
- General contribution
- Responsibility to customers

Mission
Bachelor’s Degree Scholarship is a scholarship granted with employment assurance scheme.
Recipients of the scholarship are entitled to receive full payment of compulsory tuition fees, allowance, and other incentives until their education period ends. After finishing the education, the recipients are guaranteed for immediate employment and will become a participant in the company’s Management Trainee Program (MTP).
