As a part of BFI Finance’s commitment for transformation to continuously move forward and be adaptive, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) held a sharing session themed ‘Empat Generasi Satu Hati’ (‘Four Generations One Heart’) at BFI Tower (6/25/2025). For this leadership development program, BFI Finance had invited Uni Lubis, Editor in Chief of IDN Times, who shared her insights about cross-generational collaboration and the important roles of a leader in today’s era.
The theme of the event was based on results of research conducted by IDN Research Institute themed ‘Indonesian Milennials & Gen Z Report 2025’. Participants of the event, who are the leaders at BFI Finance, received knowledge and new insights regarding how to address differences in opinions by providing spaces for collaboration for teams consisted of various generations. The collaboration will then improve productivity and team engagement in accordance with the company’s direction and business goals.
