2025 Electricity Tariff per kWh

According to the official PLN website, here are the electricity tariffs per kWh for non-subsidized household customers as of July 2025, whether using prepaid (token) or postpaid electricity:

Non-Subsidized Household Tariffs

●      900 VA: IDR 1,352 per kWh

●      1,300 VA and 2,200 VA: IDR 1,444.70 per kWh

●      3,500–5,500 VA: IDR 1,699.53 per kWh

●      6,600 VA and above: IDR 1,699.53 per kWh

Subsidized Household Tariffs

●      450 VA: IDR 415 per kWh

●      900 VA (subsidized): IDR 605 per kWh

Business and Government Customer Tariffs

●      B-2/TR (6,600 VA–200 kVA): IDR 1,444.70

●      P-1/TR (government offices 6,600 VA–200 kVA): IDR 1,699.53

●      P-3/TR (public street lighting above 200 kVA): IDR 1,699.53
 

 

How to Check Your Electricity Bill Online

There are several easy ways to check your electricity bill online—from websites to mobile apps. Here are the methods you can use:

1. Check via PLN Website

●      Visit: https://web.pln.co.id/pelanggan/informasi-tagihan-dan-token-listrik

●      If you don't have an account, click "Register Account"

●      Fill in the registration form with your data

●      Check your email and verify your account

●      Log in and view your bill and purchase history
 

2. Check via SMS

One-time bill check:

●      Type: REK (space) Customer ID

●      Send to: 8123

●      Example: REK 7890564738292

Subscribe for monthly updates:

●      Type: PLN ON (space) Customer ID

●      Send to: 8123

●      Example: PLN ON 098765432109

Unsubscribe:

●      Type: PLN OFF (space) Customer ID

●      Send to: 8123

●      Example: PLN OFF 123456789010

3. Check via PLN Call Center

●      Dial 123 and add your area code (e.g., Jakarta: (021)-123)

●      Follow the operator’s instructions to get your bill details

●      Standard call charges apply

4. Check via PLN Mobile App

●      Download PLN Mobile from the app store

●      Register or log in

●      Select "Pulsa & Tagihan" > "Token & Pembayaran"

●      Enter your customer ID and tap "Check"
 

 

How to Pay Your Electricity Bill

Once you’ve checked your bill, you can choose one of the two payment methods available:

1. Offline Payment

●      Visit the nearest PLN office

●      Take a queue number and wait your turn

●      Complete the payment on-site

This method may be time-consuming and less practical if you're busy.

2. Online Payment

Pay anytime, anywhere via:

●      Convenience stores

●      ATMs

●      E-commerce platforms

●      Mobile banking and internet banking partnered with PLN
