The next class was “Introduction to Scrum (An Agile Software Development Framework)” presented by Danny F. Wuysang, Agile Coach of BFI Finance. The focal point is teamwork and emphasizes collaboration between team members.

This principle can clearly be applied by anyone, not only by people in the IT sector. In this situation rife with uncertainties due to COVID-19 pandemic like today, we, working in any sector in business world, must be flexible in adapting and being able to respond to these rapid changes. The key is to stay healthy, think positive, continuously develop ourselves, and build networking.
