BFI Finance Secures a Syndicated Loan Facility of Rp1.6 Trillion

Jakarta, September 23, 2022 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) and PT Bank DKI (Bank DKI) have signed an agreement on a syndicated loan facility of Rp1.6 trillion (September 23). The cooperation aimed at expanding credit channelling through synergy and collaboration. Bank DKI has been appointed to act as the mandated lead arranger, facility agent, security agent, and escrow agent all together with other regional development banks (BPD), namely Bank Jatim, Bank Papua, and Bank Kalsel.

Out of a total credit channelling of Rp1.6 trillion, Bank DKI gave Rp500 billion of loan. As for Bank Jatim and Bank Papua, each gave Rp400 billion, while Bank Kalsel gave Rp300 billion.

President Director of BFI Finance Francis Lay Sioe Ho expressed his appreciation to the creditors for their support and trust in BFI Finance. The credit facility will be used to support financing throughout Indonesia.
