Jakarta, September 12, 2024 – After receiving an award from the Provincial Scale Paritrana Award 2023 of Banten Province in June, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) now successfully leapt higher and was acknowledged in the National Scale Paritrana Award 2024 organized by the Social Security Agency for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), bearing the title ‘The Best Business Entity in Nonbank Financial Sector’. BFI Finance was announced excellent after passing a tight evaluation and came out as the only financing company to receive this prestigious award.
The evaluation was based on some aspects that include protection coverage provided for all employees, premium payment discipline, use of JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application, and innovation programs offered. The Company also supported the “Sertakan (Empower People Around You)” by providing opportunity for employees to register workers in their households (such as housemaid, private driver, etc.) to be included as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants with premium paid by the employees.
Additionally, the company has also initiated expansion of social protection by registering hundreds of entrepreneurs among customers to become BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants, offering the benefit that BFI Finance pays for the first year of their premium payments.
Paritrana Award is a program started in 2017 and has become the highest appreciation event in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for regional governments, village governments, business entities, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). For additional information, the word ‘paritrana’ is originated from Sanskrit, meaning protection.
