BFI Pocket FAQ

BFI Finance is a financing company that accepts collateral in the form of BPKB for motor vehicles (motorbikes and cars) and SHM/SHGB for houses/shophouses.

BFI Finance is licensed and supervised by the OJK

BFI Pocket is a pocket feature in the Bank Jago application which contains loan contract information at BFI and is equipped with a pay button for installment payments.

Information related to your financing contract, remaining tenor and financing installments, bill due date, late fines (if any), as well as the nominal amount of your installment payments.

By connecting your BFI loan contract to Jago via BFI Pocket, you can see complete details of your loan information without having to contact BFI first. Through BFI Pocket, you can also make payments and schedule payments automatically to avoid late payments.

You can connect an active loan contract on BFI Finance to the Jago Application by accessing the Connected Partners page in the following way:

1. Open the Bank Jago application.
2. Click the 'More' Menu.
3. Click Profile at the top of the screen.
4. Select Connected Partners.
5. Scroll to the BFI Finance section, and click 'Connect'.
6. Click 'Continue' on the Landing page.
7. Read the terms and conditions of the BFI Finance Pocket, then click 'Agree & Continue'.
8. Click 'Connect' on the confirmation page.
9. Click 'View Pocket List' to view the details of the BFI Finance loan contract.

Make sure you have updated the Jago application to the latest version and ensure that the NIK data on the Jago application matches the NIK registered when applying for a loan at BFI Finance.
