BFI Finance Earns Achievement Again As The Best Contact Center

Jakarta, October 25, 2021 – Nearing end of this year, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) has put another addition to a series of accomplishments by achieving awards in two categories. BFI Finance was awarded the Gold and Silver titles in the “The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2021” event held on October 21st. In the event organized by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), BFI Finance was awarded Gold in ‘The Best Quality Team – Above 100 Seats’ category and Silver in ‘The Best Telesales Team’ category.

This year, The Best Contact Center Indonesia event was held hybrid both online and offline. BFI Finance competed against around 265 participants from 52 companies in various industries.
