Application requirements:

1. Minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 65 years (until the loan is fully paid).
2. Only applicable to the following branches:
   • Jabodetabek (Serpong, Tangerang, Meruya, Sunter, Depok, Bekasi 2, Bekasi 4, Bekasi 5, Cengkareng, Depok, South Jakarta 1, South Jakarta 2, East Jakarta, Pamulang)
   • East Java Area (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang, and Gresik)
3. Ownership status of the prospective customer's house under their name, spouse's name, biological parents, or parents-in-law.
4. Prospective customers must be permanent employees or contract employees with a work period of > 1 year.

Property profile:

1. Have property rights (SHM/SHGB) under the prospective customer's name, spouse's name, or biological parents' name.
2. Not located in an alley, can accommodate 1 car lane (3 meters), and not in a settlement.
3. Not close to public facilities, power lines, cemeteries, or river basins.
4. Not in the process of being sold.
5. House is occupied or if vacant, for a maximum of 6 months.

Required documents:

1. Personal documents: ID card (KTP), Family card (KK), Tax ID (NPWP), Marriage certificate.
2. Last property tax (PBB) receipt and STTS payment.
3. Asset documents: PBB, Property rights certificate (SHM), and Building Permit (IMB) (Main IMB / Split IMB).
4. Income documents:
   • Last 3 months' personal bank statements or joint bank statements with spouse.
   • Personal payslip or joint payslip with spouse for the last 3 months and employment certificate.

Application Conditions:

1. Minimum disbursement amount of 300 million and maximum of 3 billion.
2. Tenure of 7 years (84 months) is only applicable to prospective permanent employees or contract employees with a work period of > 1 year.
3. Interest rate of 0.9% per month.
