Here are the terms and conditions:
| 1 | Applies to the first 500 customers who fill out the after-sales survey and 500 customers who fill out the voice of customer survey |
| 2 | The after-sales survey will be sent to new customers via WhatsApp on H+1 (the day after) the funds are received |
| 3 | The voice of customer survey will be sent to customers or prospective customers via WhatsApp on the same day or H+1 after the customer visits a branch office |
| 4 | Valid for survey submissions from September 1–8, 2026 |
| 5 | Applies to 1 contract per customer |
| 6 | Cashback of 26% of the installment amount, up to a maximum of Rp26,000 (twenty-six thousand rupiah) |
| 7 | Cashback will be allocated toward the customer's installment payment |
| 8 | Cashback information will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp notification to the customer |
General Terms:
- The promo will be given directly by BFI Finance to customers who meet the terms and conditions above.
- BFI Finance reserves the right, without prior notice, to take any necessary action if a customer is suspected of committing fraud.
- Customers agree to respect BFI Finance's decisions and agree to BFI Finance's terms and conditions.
