A. PROGRAM PERIOD
- The program applies to financing applications approved during the period: February 1 – July 31, 2026
- The draw will be held in August 2026 (date & location to be announced through official BFI Finance channels).
B. PARTICIPANT CRITERIA
- The program applies to consumers financing a used car through BFI Finance's Kredit Cepat Mobil (KCM) product.
- Not applicable to cash car purchases.
- Financing must be conducted at a BFI Finance partner showroom registered under Bursa Mobil Sobat BFI.
- BFI Finance employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this program.
C. e-COUPON ACQUISITION MECHANISM
- e-Coupons are calculated based on the approved principal financing amount.
- Every Rp10,000,000 (multiples thereof) of financing = 1 Raffle e-Coupon. Example Calculation: Approved financing of Rp150,000,000 = 15 e-coupons
- e-Coupon data used is based on BFI Finance's system in accordance with the program period cut-off.
D. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- The financing contract must be in current status (no outstanding arrears) at the time of the draw and prize handover.
- Consumers under the following conditions are disqualified as participants:
- Contract cancelled
- Early repayment made before the draw date
- Default (wanprestasi) occurring before the draw date

F. DRAW & PRIZE HANDOVER MECHANISM
- The draw will be held in August 2026.
- The draw will be conducted digitally using BFI Finance's official system/application, integrated with the participant e-coupon database, and carried out transparently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- For the Honda PCX 160 Grand Prize draw, the winner must be present in person and bring a valid original ID card.
- If the winner is not present in accordance with the Grand Prize requirements, a re-draw will be conducted following the applicable procedure.
- Prizes must be claimed within a maximum of 90 calendar days from the official announcement date.
G. PRIZE TERMS
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and/or transferred to another party.
- The motorcycle prize is an off-the-road unit.
- Costs for STNK (vehicle registration certificate), BPKB (vehicle ownership certificate), motor vehicle tax, and other administrative fees are the winner's responsibility.
- Prize tax is borne by BFI Finance in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
H. PUBLICATION & DOCUMENTATION Winners agree to:
- Be documented (photographed/filmed).
- Have their name and/or photo published for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
I. GENERAL TERMS
- All decisions made by the raffle committee are final and not subject to dispute.
- This program has been/will be registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia under the applicable permit number.
- By participating in this program, debtors are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
J. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BFI Finance will only approve financing for prospective debtors who meet the criteria and financing requirements in accordance with applicable regulations.
