Tangerang Selatan, March 2, 2019 – Just a month to go to BFI RUN 2019 that will take place on April 7 at Aeon Mall BSD City, Tangerang Selatan. The preparation for race is getting even better after completing Road to BFI RUN 2019 series of programs. The Road to BFI RUN 2019 that took place at AEON Mall BSD City on Saturday (2/3) was the last agenda implemented for the third time throughout a series of pre-event activities held for the public since November 2018 ago.
The participants of Road to BFI RUN 2019 this time came from various communities and regions, some even came from out of town. Their enthusiasm in taking part at this last Road to BFI RUN 2019 is so high as they strive to prepare well for the upcoming race next April. Race strategy as well as physical and mental preparation is absolutely necessary because your preparation as a contestant would greatly affect performance.
Thus, after 10K and 5K morning run with Sudjono (Finance Director of BFI Finance), Sutadi (Business Director of BFI Finance), Sally Tanudjaja (BFI RUN 2019 Ambassador), and Andri Yanto (Coach & Running Sports Observer), the participants had the chance to attend run clinic while enjoying breakfast provided. This favorite session was brought by Andri who shared a lot of running tips that were easy to apply without ignoring safety and health factors. The participants were excited to listen to and participate in the discussions. Besides, they also seemed to enjoy various games and door prizes offered by the committee.
