Jakarta, April 10, 2019 – Highly qualified human resources is an important asset for the Company's business development, which is reflected on PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance). In recognition of its continuous innovation and development to improve human capital performance, BFI Finance won an award in HR Excellence Award 2019 presented at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta (10/4).
The award organized by SWA Media in collaboration with the Management Institute-Faculty of Economics of University of Indonesia assessed various companies for the implementation of HR management functions. BFI Finance won two categories at once, namely HR Technology with AA Rating and HR Transformation with A Rating. These awards for BFI Finance were received directly by Andrew Adiwijanto (Operations & Human Capital Director) and Ariyo Putro (Human Capital Head).
The event was participated by 44 companies in the category of SOE, manufacturing, financial and non-manufacturing services, as well as digital, technology, and start-up companies. This proud achievement has encouraged BFI Finance to continuously create and develop the Company's talents in order to be more ready to answer all challenges and opportunities.
