Jakarta, September 26, 2023 – Having waded through the second semester of this year, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) once again made an achievement for its best services for customers and communities. BFI Finance has snatched an award in The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2023 event held by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) in Jakarta (9/26/2023) and took home the Silver Winner award in Corporate category with the title ‘The Best Business Contribution”.
The title ‘The Best Business Contribution’ was badged on BFI Finance for its success in carrying out a development program run by contact center to support the company’s business goals. The awarding event was to conclude a series of annual competitions held specially for ICCA members. Passing through a set of judging processes, BFI Finance competed against around 20 companies from various industries. This acknowledgement now serves as a motivation for BFI Finance to provide optimal services for customers and communities throughout in the country.
