Jakarta, May 31, 2023 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) accomplished a new achievement yet again by receiving an award during the Bisnis Indonesia Award (BIA) 2023 event held in Jakarta (May 31, 2023). The BIA 2023 was themed “Growing in the New Era” to give appreciation to businesses that were capable of maintaining positive growth and always seeking for opportunities actively to improve company performance in the post-pandemic era.
BFI Finance won the title ‘Best Financing Company’ as it was considered capable of maintaining solid performance for three consecutive years by implementing good business practices. The selection process for BIA 2023 was conducted in two phases, namely the quantitative selection and qualitative selection. Prior to undergoing financial performance evaluation, all companies in each category of issuer, bank, and securities company had to meet various selection criteria from Bisnis Indonesia Resources Center (BIRC).
The BIA 2023 Board of Jury comprised Prof. Wimboh Santoso, SE., M.Sc. Ph.D., the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for 2017-2022 period; Prof. Mardiasmo, M.B.A., Ph.D., Deputy Finance Minister for 2014-2019 period; Lulu Terianto, President Director of PT Jurnalindo Aksara Grafika; Rivan Kurniawan, Director of PT Indovesta Utama Mandiri; and Doni Firdaus, Director PT Bahana TCW Investment Management.
