December 15, 2023 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) has officially concluded a series of events of the BFI 4U 2023 employee volunteerism program. Commencing in September 2023, the program, which was participated by the entire BFI Finance employees, demonstrated their action to care for others by initiating various social projects and contributing directly to communities.
In the field of education, BFI Finance distributed aids for PAUD Saluyu preschool (South Tangerang) and TK PGRI Menara Rumpin kindergarten (Bogor). The employees initiated renovation of facilities and infrastructures in both locations, also provided training on skills to create educational toys and held parenting sessions with parents of the students.
Moreover, in the field of social community and environmental concern, BFI Finance gave aids to Panti Asuhan Yayasan Al-Abqo Amanah Setu orphanage foundation (South Tangerang), Posyandu (integrated health services post) Lili Sejahtera Parung Panjang (Bogor), Magotsuka Edufarm Cimahi (Bandung), Pesantren Ulul Albab Bojongkoneng Islamic boarding school (Bandung), and Bunikasih village in Pangalengan (Bandung). The aids ranged from renovating facilities in those locations to providing access to clean water, health advocacy, and entrepreneurship training.
This social project has been carried out consistently in order to actualize the company’s corporate social responsibility program and contribute actively to communities in surrounding areas.
