Jakarta, September 10, 2019 - PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) continues to make innovation and service to customers, the public, and other stakeholders. This time, BFI Finance won "The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019" award organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta (10/9).
BFI Finance received "The Best Telesales Teamwork" title and was awarded Silver Winner in the Telemarketing Sales Operation Outbound category. This award was received directly by Dani Reinhard Hutabarat, Telemarketing Head of BFI Finance. "The Best Contact Center Indonesia" is a national-scale competition organized by ICCA dedicated to contact center industry of various companies.
Through this competition, contact center practitioners can find out how well they perform on the job and also to tap into. This competition aims to support of contact center practitioners in the field of services as well as to increase the contribution of in supporting the company's organizational business.
