6. The provisions for cashback are as follows:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Promos will be given directly by BFI Finance to consumers whose loans have been approved and disbursed successfully.
2. BFI Finance has the right, without prior notification, to take the necessary actions if fraudulent acts on the part of consumers are suspected.
3. Consumers agree to respect decisions and agree to the terms and conditions of BFI Finance.
