BFI Finance is Once Again in the Top 50 Issuers with Good Corporate Governance in The 10th IICD CG Award 2018

Jakarta, December 10, 2018 – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) has once again awarded by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) as one of the 50 best public companies in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). BFI Finance is represented by Johanes Sutrisno as Independent Commissioner to receive the “Best Disclosure and Transparency” trophy at Le Méridien Jakarta Hotel, on December 10.

The assessment by IICD was based on the Corporate Governance (CG) Code with international standard that is categorized by the corporate governance principles. As a public company registered at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), BFI Finance is capable of maintaining and implementing the GCG principles consistently.

This award is the result of hard work and true commitment from the whole BFI Finance team in implementing the GCG. BFI Finance continuously performs check and balance, accountability, transparency, and explains to the public on matters relating to public concern. Such commitment has made BFI Finance gaining the trust of regulators, stakeholders, business partners, and most importantly, the public at large.
