- University Degree (S1) majoring Communication / Statistics
- Male / female, single, maximum age 30 years old
- Having ability to operate computer (Microsoft Excell & SPSS)
- Creative, assiduous and highly motivated
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Preferable having experience in Banking / Finance
- Preferable having experience in research
- Preferable having ability to develop research concept
